Blood Bank Storage
Kelvinator Scientific’s whole blood storage refrigerators (blood bank refrigerators) are available in single- and double-door models with capacities of 27 and 49 cubic feet. The temperature is factory set at 4°C with a range of 0°C to 13°C (32°F to 55°F). Units use only non-CFC refrigerants. |

Plasma Freezers
Plasma freezers are available in single-door models and with 27.3-cubic-feet capacity. A temperature range of -12°C to -30°C (10°F to -20°F) provides proper conditions needed for plasma storage. Both blood bank refrigerators and plasma freezers come with alarm systems and temperature recorders. Non-CFC refrigerants are used only. |
