The compact Fiberglass 30 Laboratory Hoods are designed for research, educational and clinical applications requiring small working space and efficient fume removal.

Interior liners, molded of specially formulated fiberglass-reinforced polyester, are durable, easy to clean, and provide high light reflectivity and fire resistance. They also withstand exposure to a wide range of laboratory acids, solvents and alkalis. Because they won’t absorb spills, they resist staining and discoloration. The smooth one-piece surface features radius corners to eliminate cracks where contaminants can collect.

All models include a 100-watt, vapor-proof incandescent light and 6.69" ID fiberglass exhaust connection. Blower models overcome a maximum static pressure of .12" WC at 310 CFM (100 fpm). Requires ductwork (to in-house exhaust system), remote blower (Nos. 3646-49/-220), work surface and base cabinet. Right side fixture panel is factory-prepared to accept up to three service fixtures, one electrical duplex and one airflow monitor (kits sold separately).
