Glove Boxes made Simple & Effective

This economical glove box, molded from 5/16" thick clear acrylic, can be used for a wide range of applications requiring a controlled environment. An optional air lock can quickly and easily be connected to the glove box for controlling atmospheric conditions. Large entry ports on both sides of the glove box allow easy access and include handy, easy-to-remove covers. Inside corners of the glove box are rounded for easy cleaning.

Air locks are constructed of clear acrylic, and include a connecting sleeve and a 12” diameter interior cover to separate the air lock from the glove box. The side entry cover of the glove box then becomes the outside door of the air lock. Air lock can be installed on either the right or left side of the glove box.

Iris ports are also available for use with bare hand or disposable gloves. This allows protected access without using bulky glove box gloves, making it easier to work with delicate instruments. The iris ports are fabricated of 10 layers of silicone latex rubber. The soft, pliant rubber provides 30 points of contact, which maintains a good seal and makes access and withdrawal a smooth, easy operation.

One-piece bonded neoprene gloves offer protection from many gases, liquids and solid substances. Easy to install clamping rings must be ordered separately.
