VHP® Biodecontamination systems are ideal for process
validation in pharmaceutical and biological applications.
They employ a four-stage operation cycle to ensure safe, effective
decontamination of an enclosure:
Dehumidification—to
reduce relative humidity and prevent condensation
Condition—rapid
increase to the desired hydrogen peroxide vapor concentration
Biodecontamination—at
the desired hydrogen peroxide vapor concentration
Aeration—to achieve rapid
reduction of hydrogen peroxide vapor
The process is fully automated, and all cycle parameters
are monitored and recorded for process validation.
