Terra's Portable CleanBooth™ provides a mobile, versatile mini-cleanroom wherever you need it! It is ideal for operations with probe stations, screen printers and other free-standing process equipment, as well as benchtop kitting or assembly.

FFU: Quiet, Reliable Operation
It consists of two modules: a filter/fan unit (FFU), which houses a particle filter, and a mobile support frame. The 24" x 48" x 12.25" FFU houses a HEPA filter, rated 99.99% efficient with 0.3 micron particles. Its compact, lightweight design makes it ideal for mounting either to the mobile frame or to any standard 2' x 4' ceiling grid. Its internal baffle system ensures uniform face velocity, and its 50 dBA noise rating is the best in the industry.

Mobile Frame Support
The FFU is attached to a castered support frame for easy positioning at locations throughout your facility.

Fabricated of 1" x 2" square steel members, it positions the filter face 70" above the floor (38" above the standard work benches offered below). The nonmarking castered wheels lock in place to keep the station where you need it. Its sturdy construction safely supports the FFU with minimal vibration. And because the frame does not come in contact with the bench top or equipment it services, this blower vibration is effectively isolated from the work in progress.

Flexible Side Panels Restrict Air Flow to Optimize Cleanliness
For enhanced laminar flows, select the optional side panels, available in three materials:

Cleanroom-Grade Vinyl is fire retardant and low outgassing.

Static-Dissipative Vinyl is manufactured with permanent built-in static inhibitors that, unlike topical treatments, will not wear off.

Non-outgassing Polyurethane is made from inherently static-dissipative polyurethane that provides permanent, humidity-independent ESD protection for sensitive manufacturing conditions. Polysim contains no plasticizer, making it virtually non-outgassing.

Side softwall panels attach to the FFU by means of a unique, noncontaminating Grip-Track mounting system that eliminates cracks and seams where germs or particles can collect.

Includes curtains of specified material that attach to the FFU. Kit catalog number includes installation of Grip-Track mount on two sides and rear of FFU. Panel length: 60". Panels can be cut to bench level.

Work Benches
These benches provide a work surface 32" above the floor. Several surface materials are available to meet specific applications. The epoxy-finished steel frame includes a stainless steel scuff guard on the lower leg member to prevent scratching and chipping. The "C" base features recessed legs for operator comfort and convenience.
